Firstly, I don’t see why people especially guys like to stereotype fat people as being ugly. Fat people ARENT ugly. I repeat again, FAT people arent ugly. I don’t see the reason why people always think that fat person are normally categorized as ugly, stupid. I don’t see why people think that skinny people are always pretty, sexy, lovely blah blah. BULLSHIT. seriously BULLSHIT!

Fat people can be sexy, pretty, clever. They can be as perfect as any skinny people out there. So what if one need a plus size clothing? So what if one need more cloths for their clothing? So what if they wear bikinis at the beach? So what if they wear halter, spaghetti and tube out? I seriously dislike the fact that people think that fat people are not meant for all this type of clothing.

I remembered talking to one of my friend on dressing style back in Singapore and now in Australia. I asked:” You look nice and sexy in that tube. Why dint i see you wearing that in Singapore? Why didnt I see you in bikini down at Siloso beach?” And.. what did she tell me? she said:” How would i dare to wear such revealing clothes back in Singapore? See my flabby arms, spare tyre tummy. Back in Singapore, If i wear such thing out, the end result is only to be the laughing stock, gossip topic for people.” Then i asked back:” Then, why do you dare to wear it here(Australia)?” She replied:” People in Australia do not mind and will not have such mentality. Look at people here, they don’t even give a stare or giggle at us who are wearing so revealing and showing off our spare tyre. But back in Singapore, just going out with a tube, will become someone laughing stock.”

Now, you see. Singaporean only think that spaghetti, tubes, halter and shorts are meant for girls with skinny long legs, skinny arms and flat tummy. So people without those criteria are not meant for such clothing? BULLSHIT.

It’s time for people back in Singapore and Asian countries to seriously changed their mentality on such thing. Everyone have the right to choose what to wear and doesn’t need the others criticism and opinion on what they should wear and not to. So stop telling others that they are fat and start criticizing their dressing style. Hopefully, One very fine day, this immature and no logic mentality of people could changed.

Tomorrow is a brand new day of a brand new semester of Uni life. Tomorrow is also the day where we will see many new faces in Uni as there will some of ex school mate who will be starting their first semester together with us tomorrow. In another words, I will be their senior, no longer a newbie. *sound cool*

But it doesn’t really interest me. This is because I have to start with all the assignments and presentations all over again for another 3 months and worst 1 months of exam. The exam period is the most horrendous moment of my life. The very first exam period has already eaten me up totally, breaking down every now and then. Its the worst memories ever in Melbourne. But I guess its part and parcel of being in University. Although, its only one year of University, but it had already seem like its 3 years. Can’t Imagine in the future if I want to take up my medicine degree, it would be from scratch Year 1 to 4 again! Omg. 4 years of lectures, tutorials, labs and exams!

Anyway, hopefully the days ahead will be smooth and a breeze for me!  I want to go back home proudly bringing many distinction back. This will then shut the mouth of many people who look down on me, thinking that I only bring money here to Australia to buy a cert back home. Hopefully, I could bring my distinction back home and shut those people mouth up and do my parents PROUD.

School will officially start on Monday which is 2 days later. This is not a very nice news to be told. Endure for another 3 more months of Assignments and Lectures and 1 more months of Exams and Uni Life will be over. Not exactly over, but at least for my bachelor degree is over. The next step is to  choose between 3 different routes: 1) Duke-NUS for my medicine course, 2) Honors degree back here in Monash Uni, 3) Master cert back in Singapore Uni.

3 different routes 3 different careers 3 different futures. I’m still deciding, I’m still thinking, thinking real hard. Each has its Pros and Cons. So, its really difficult to choose. But in order to even get to those routes, I must first do well for my last semester here. My new aim: all D and above. I believe I can do it.

I must believe in myself that I can do it. Never Give Up, that’s my life motto!
